Quality control

From orchard to container

Every shipment passes five checkpoints, and at each one the product is checked against the specification.

Orchard

We buy the harvest from Uzbek farms. Variety, region and timing are agreed before picking, so the lot matches your specification.

02 / 05

Sorting

The product is sized, graded by colour and uniformity, and cleared of defects and foreign matter. Only what meets the specification goes into the lot.

Quality control

Every lot is checked for moisture, foreign matter, taste and smell. A phytosanitary certificate is issued for the lot.

Packing

Packed in cartons or bags, every package weighed and labelled in the destination language. Private-label packing on request.

Container

The load is stowed and secured, the truck or container sealed, and the full document set handed over: invoice, CMR / SMGS or bill of lading, certificate of origin.

01What are the payment terms?

We accept payment in USD, RUB, EUR or CNY. The payment procedure and timing are set out in the contract; individual terms are available for regular partners.

02What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order is agreed individually, depending on the item, packing and mode of transport. A lot can combine several items — for example, dried apricots and raisins in one truck.

03Can I get samples?

Yes. If you need samples, we will provide them before the contract is signed so you can assess the product in advance. Quantity and shipping are agreed on request.

04What are the lead times?

Lead time depends on the item, volume and delivery basis. The shipment date and transit time are set out in the contract and specification.

05Which documents are needed for Russian customs?

Standard set per shipment:

  • Foreign trade contract and specification
  • Invoice and packing list
  • Transport documents: CMR (road), SMGS (rail) or bill of lading
  • Certificate of origin CT-1 — for the CIS free-trade regime
  • Phytosanitary certificate — for regulated plant products
  • Conformity with TR CU 021/2011 “On food safety” — the EAEU declaration is filed by the applicant (importer)

The final list depends on the product — we agree it with your customs broker before shipment.

06Can you pack under our brand?

Yes, on request. We pack under your brand, prepare the packaging artwork and apply labelling in the destination country’s language. Minimum run and timing are agreed individually.

07Are you a trader or a producer?

We are an exporter. We source from partner farms in Uzbekistan, organise sorting, quality control and packing, and are responsible for delivery under the contract.
